I just wanted to give a huge shout out to this company. They absolutely are the best! I bought a house that had quite a few drummy tiles outside around the pool area and patio and was told by a tiler that I had to rip them all up and start again which was over $25000. Tile injection was the alternative that saved me thousands. This company knows their stuff 100% I know i was a very anxious customer and questioned them every step of the way but their patience and very detailed explanations relieved my mind and I am extremely happy with the work that they did. They are all fantastic. And with their workmanship warranty gives me the peace of mind. Thanks again. If you are looking at getting tiles fixed I cant recommend anyone better.

Recently I had noticed the tiles on the floor of my bathroom were moving when walked on. Concerned they may break or all have to be replaced I decided to contact T.R.I.M. As I had seen an item about them on Facebook.I contacted them and described the issue I had, they explained how their process works and offered to come out and do a quote at a mutually suitable time. Once I got the quote, which I felt was very reasonable, I authorised them to come and do the work.I felt the whole transaction was handled with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. I needed someone to fix my loose tiles and saw a Instagram post these guys did and thought I’d check them out. Gave them a call, booked in a quote and within a week all my loose tiles that I thought I would have to get ripped up we’re fixed and not loose anymore. The pricing was very reasonable and they left the place looking 👌. Would definitely recommend these guys.

The tiles in my unit popped of the floor making them unsafe. I contacted Daniel, he came and checked them out giving me a quote and when I was ready to have the work carried out I contacted him. He then set a day and time, was very efficient and cleaned up as he was going. I was not disrupted in any way while he was working. He is a very friendly person and I am extremely happy with the work, recommending this company to other unit owners in my building. It was a very cost effective way of fixing the problem and I would highly recommend this solution.
